Discipline-based Education Research Part 3: DBER project planning Online

Research on teaching and learning tells us that evidence-based tools and practices can enhance the impact on student learning, offer better experiences to students, and take our teaching to the next level. Discipline-based education research (DBER) maintains that generalizable knowledge about teaching and learning is most effective when paired with a deep understanding of discipline-specific learning challenges and instructional strategies. The first two workshops in this series offerd an introduction to DBER concepts, literatures, and research methods. This workshop will introduce DBER project planning.
