Trends in scholarly communication, research evaluation, SDGs and more. 1 pm, March 22

The talk will be an overview of CMU services to support an evolving scholarly communication system. It will include an update on transformative open access agreements, which are open to all members of the CMU community, as well as some broad reflections on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the production and consumption of scholarly content. The presenter will also report on the availability of tools to track the impact of research and its coverage both in scholarly literature and in mainstream and social media.

Alexandra Hiniker will then present on how CMU is incorporating the Sustainable Development Goals into the university's education, research, and practices.
