Quick intro to Mathematica, CloudLab's symbolic language.
This workshop is a quick introduction to Mathematica's symbolic language with focus on it's use inside the CloudLab environment. Students, faculty or staff interested in learning the basics of Mathematica are welcome as well. For participants interested exclusively on the CloudLab environment, this workshop should be seen as complementary, to learn and practice Mathematica's symbolic language.
In this workshop we'll cover the main topics:
- Working with the Notebook Environment
- Data Structures and Objects
- Loading, Manipulating, and Saving Data
- Loops and Lists generation
- Review of some of the CloudLab's functions with examples
Participants will be required to bring a laptop, and for those who don't have the software installed in their computer, we will be using Virtual Andrew

Take the stairs or elevators to the 3rd floor and turn left. You'll find Room 308 around the corner from the water fountain across from the Women's restroom.
