Tips for Writing Literature Reviews Part 1 Online
Are you getting stuck in the reading and writing for lit reviews? Join this workshop to learn some tips for synthesizing information in a literature review or.in the introduction or discussion section of a research article. In this first part of the workshop, we will cover the goals of a literature review, how to select and scope a topic, how to read papers quickly, and using library resources to find literature and take notes. While we will use examples from STEM, the tips can be applied to lit reviews in any subject area for course assignments or publication.
The second workshop in this series will focus on the actual writing of the review. You can register for that workshop here or just attend one part of the workshop.
