Spatial Storytelling Series: Telling Digital Stories

This workshop will introduce core elements of digital storytelling and equip participants to evaluate and apply narrative strategies. Topics will include medium specificity, how to engage an audience, and analog and digital storytelling techniques. Particular attention will be paid to how digital platforms tell stories about and through space. If you are participating in the Spatial Storytelling Series Story Map Contest, this workshop is essential. 

This workshop will be given by Jess FitzPatrick and Kelsey Cameron, both from the University of Pittsburgh’s Department of English.
