Join us in the Genomics Data Carpentry Workshop, organized and delivered by Carnegie Mellon University! The core content of the workshop is developed by Data Carpentry, with a pilot add-on module on UKBiobank.

Introduction to the command line
Data Wrangling and Processing
Introduction to cloud computing for genomics
Who: Anyone who would like to learn about data management and wrangling workflows in a cloud environment are welcome to attend. You don't need to have any previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop. Existing genomics knowledge would help but not required. Priorities will be given to CMU affiliates.
Requirements: Participants must have access to a computer with a Mac, Linux, or Windows OS (not a tablet, Chromebook, etc.)
