SUMMARY:Reproducibility Hackathon 2025: Do Large Language Models Write Like Humans?
DESCRIPTION:Do you want to interact with research that explores the nuance
of Large Language Models? CMU Libraries is hosting a hackathon focused on
replicating and exploring research from CMU\, investigating the way AI
writes. The hackathon will be held Tuesday\, February 18\, from 4:30-830PM.
Join us for an evening of coding\, pizza\, and prizes!\n\n \n\nWe welcome
anyone and everyone from CMU and other institutions in the greater
 Pittsburgh area. (students\, staff\, and/or faculty). If interested\, fill
out this brief form. Knowledge and awareness of scientific programming with
Python and/or R is desired\, but not required for participation. \n\nThe
hackathon is a casual\, rather than competitive\, event\, with each
participant working with data and code produced from the same publication\,
to reproduce and reuse\, exploring new ideas and analyses. The publication
will be sent to participants to review the week before the event. All
findings and research outputs such as data\, code\, and visualization will
be shared to a public repository on Open Science Framework. \n\nContact
Chasz Griego (cgriego@andrew.cmu.edu) with any questions about the
 hackathon.\n\n\n
